By telephone. When you contact us by telephone, a fully-registered clinical psychologist will answer the call, not an administrative staff. This is our way of providing to you the best possible professional services from your initial experience with us. If for any reason we cannot respond immediately, please leave your message, including your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the reason for your call, and one of our professionals will be contacting you as soon as possible. This is how we work and is the kind of support we strive to provide to the people under our care, as well as to anyone wishing to receive our services. This level of personalized care makes us different!
The form to contact us is below. Our offices are fully-accessible, and we offer free parking. We are centrally situated in the heart of the Greater Toronto Area, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Our offices are located on Matheson Boulevard East, between Pearson International Airport and Centennial Park, and on City Centre Drive, close to Square One.

Emergencies (24/7): Call One SixFourSeven SevenZeroOne SixSevenOneFive (substitute the words for numbers), 24 hours/365 days. Dr. Pacheco and his Assistants, and/or Associates are available for emergency consultations 24 hours a day every day. In the event of an emergency, please call the number above and leave your message, including your name, the number where you can be reached at, and a short message detailing the nature of your emergency. It is recommended that you also call 911, attend the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital, and/or the institutions in charge of emergencies in your locality, where you will be assisted, and where you will also be able to contact Dr. Pacheco at the number above. In Emergencies, we request that you DO NOT use the contact form below, but rather, that you follow the recommendations above.
Confidentiality: All the information obtained throughout your psychotherapeutic treatment is held in strict confidence, and this confidential information would only be divulged following your written prior authorization, when the situation would require it by law, and/or when necesary in the judgment of Dr. Pacheco and/or his Assistants and/or Associates.
