Our team consists of highly skilled and certified psychological staff, with decades of professional experience in the mental health field.
Our staff is duly registered with all appropriate professional regulatory bodies in order to ethically and legally discharge all our professional services. We uphold all applicable legal standards and proudly follow the ethical mandates of our profession.
All our services are provided by experienced doctoral-level clinical psychologists, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario to practice the profession in this province.
We are often asked what makes the services provided by psychologists different or preferable to the services offered by other mental health professionals. The basic differences are related to our completing the lengthiest number of years, of all mental health professions, of advanced academic training at the doctoral level, to our extensive formal clinical experience in normal and abnormal psychology or psychopathology, and to our being highly-trained in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as having the capacity, by law, only shared with medical doctors, to diagnose and communicate a mental health diagnosis.
Psychologists are the professionals with the highest and most comprehensive credentials to provide you with evidence-based, state-of-the art mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to assist you and yours in your path to Learn to Live Better ®.
